Article 1: Scope
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the agreement between the fans known as “すい好い” (Suisui) who operate suisui.fan (the “Operators”) and users regarding the use of suisui.fan (the “Site”).
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Site. By signing in with X, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, which become part of the agreement between you and the Operators.
Article 2: About the Site
The Site is a fan site for the streamer Yukiiri Sui (雪入 睡), operated by fans, known as Suisui.
The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the streaming platforms or companies such as X, Apple, Google, Spotify, Vimeo, or TikTok.
Article 3: Accounts
- Use your own X account to sign in to the Site
- You can delete your account at any time through My Page. Information deleted and retained after account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy
Article 4: Content you submit
- You retain the rights to text and images you register in your profile and personal milestones. The Operators use that content only to display it on your own pages
- Images are served from the Site's content delivery server. Image URLs are difficult to guess, but anyone who knows a URL can view its image. Do not upload images you would not want others to see
Article 5: Displaying posts
The Site imports public X posts tagged with “#かっこいいぞすい” and displays them in Memories (stream recaps), Suista, and the timeline. The information imported is described in the Privacy Policy.
If you want your post removed from the Site, sign in with X and delete it through the “ポスト” (Posts) section of My Page. For posts not shown there, please use our contact details.
Article 6: Prohibited conduct
When using the Site, you must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringe others' copyright, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights
- Impersonate another person
- Place an excessive load on the Site's servers, including through large volumes of requests or automated access
- Otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site
Article 7: External service integrations
- Some features integrate with external services such as X, Apple Music, and YouTube Music. When you use those features, the relevant service's terms also apply in addition to these Terms
- Integrations may become unavailable if external services change their specifications
- By using features that use YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please review and agree to the Privacy Policy before connecting
- YouTube Music playlists are created as private. Availability and playback in YouTube Music vary by track, region, and other factors; we do not guarantee that every track will be available. You are responsible for deleting unwanted playlists on YouTube, including playlists whose creation was interrupted
Article 8: Disclaimer
- Setlists and titles may contain errors, including those produced through automated processing
- All or part of the Site may become unavailable because of external service outages or changes, maintenance, or other circumstances
- If you suffer damage in connection with using the Site, the Operators' liability is limited to direct, actual, ordinary damage, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operators
Article 9: Changes to or discontinuation of the service
The Operators may change the Site's content or discontinue the Site without prior notice. The Operators may also temporarily suspend some of the Site's features, such as signing in and the features available after signing in, without prior notice.
Article 10: Changes to these Terms
The Operators may change these Terms as laws or the Site's features change. If changes are made, the revised terms and their effective date will be announced on this page before they take effect.
Article 11: Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under Japanese law. For disputes concerning the Site, the district court with jurisdiction over the address of the Operators' representative has exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance.
Article 12: Trademarks
Apple and Apple Music are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
Other company and service names mentioned on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
